We have an initial meeting either online or at our offices located in Garden Estate Nairobi. For online appointments, we can use Skype or Zoom meetings. We prefer to understand our potential clients needs to come up with a suitable package. We don’t have standardized packages. During this initial meeting we get to gauge your vision and tastes. We encourage our clients to be as candid as they can be and include inspiration photos from their favorite platforms to ensure we understand them fully.
We help our brides plan all the aspects of the wedding from the bigger pieces like the church and reception venue, to smaller details such as table centerpieces. Above everything, we are organized and only focus on one event at a time. We have a passion for weddings and understand all the aspects right from engagement parties to the wedding. We understand vendors in the area and are able to match up couples with vendors that best suit their needs.

We will formulate a tentative quotation based on our initial meeting outcomes. During this time our clients are free to come in for a second meeting to further refine the designs, costs and address any concerns arising.
Once you are content with our comprehensive design and costs we will require you to pay a non refundable booking fee to secure our services and sign a contract with us formalizing your engagement with us.
We will assign dedicated Wedding Planner to take over the planning process with you. You will receive personalized guidance throughout the planning process to ensure a stress free experience.
Once we have finalized on the design concept we will invite you for a mock set up. During the mock set up we prepare design options for our clients to choose usually four weeks to the event day. We accommodate changes or alterations during this time to ensure we satisfy our clients fully. We also conduct a site visit with other vendors included in the implementation usually 2 weeks before the event.
We agree on delivery as per the venue requirements. We work closely with clients and their representatives and ensure strict adherence to clients’ expectations and timely delivery. We make event implementation stress free and on time.
